Do I need to install an app?
No. DekaSign runs in a responsive web browser. Native apps and PWA installation are not included in the current release.
Can I send a document without an approval workflow?
Yes. Document Sign supports standalone sending and approval-linked documents. Linked signing only starts after Finish — Approved.
Does everyone see every document?
No. Private documents use explicit access permissions. Organization Owner administrative access is a separate, reasoned and audited action.
Is enterprise SSO required?
No. SSO is disabled by default. An authorized Owner must configure, test, and explicitly enable it.
