BUILT FOR YOUR WORK

The details that keep work moving.

01

Manage recipients and files together

Add recipients with preview, download or both rights. Limit files to selected recipients or all permitted recipients, then update access and expiry as needs change.

02

Review, annotate and receive replies

Use protected previews and annotations for supported formats. Return uploads stay separate for each recipient, letting the sender review responses without exposing those reply files to other recipients.

03

Follow first events and their history

Use recipient info buttons to see the first page access, preview and served download. Reports and audit trail tabs provide events and exports for further review.

04

Control distribution through archiving

OTP, expiry, revocation and file rules are checked at access time. Watermarks are applied to supported previews or downloads when accessed, rather than burned into the original upload. Archiving closes file access and processes deletion while preserving information and audit records.

INSIDE THE WORKSPACE

Recipients and files in one focused workspace

Manage access from lists, open settings in popups and switch to reports without losing the sharing context.

  • Edit recipient rights directly from the selected recipient row.
  • Set audiences and file rules in each file's settings.
  • Open first-activity information without crowding the table with timestamp columns.
  • Separate recipient and file management from reports and audit trails.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

From a team’s need to a clear outcome.

Illustrative scenarios you can adapt to your organization’s policies.

Example: vendor proposal review

A team needs to share a proposal and cost spreadsheet with reviewers who have different rights.

  1. The sender uploads files and invites recipients.
  2. The proposal is available for preview while spreadsheet downloads are limited to selected recipients.
  3. The sender reviews annotations and access history before updating documents.

Each recipient receives access suited to their task, with a distinct activity record.

Example: collecting return documents

A coordinator asks several parties for supporting documents without exposing their replies to one another.

  1. The coordinator prepares the share and invites each party.
  2. Recipients verify access and upload their replies.
  3. The coordinator reviews the results and archives the share when finished.

Replies stay separate per recipient; sharing information and audit remain accessible after archiving.
